It is the time of year again for VBS! Vacation Bible School will be here at CCC from June 18 through June 22, 9:00am – 12:00pm. Ages kindergarten through 6th grade. Participants and volunteers can register online.

Summer Camp Registration Has Begun!

Every year, the numbers continue to grow as word gets out about the life-changing experience youth are encountering at Camp Zion. With sessions for each age group, little and big kids alike are given the opportunity to make new friends and most importantly, experience God through His Word and His creation. To register, download a registration form from www.campzion.com, and mail it with a $50 deposit to Camp Zion, P.O. Box 32, Ellison Bay, WI 54210.

Reverse Offering Stories

After our surprise “Reverse Offering” on Christmas Day, we have received an overwhelming response to our request to Share Your Giving Stories. The submissions are an amazing display of compassion, selflessness and love for one another. Some are even matching or exceeding the amount that they received in the offering! It is an honor to see the church extending love - all in the name of Christ Jesus!

2012 “Watch Word”

Continuing a CCC tradition, we will reflect on a specific passage of Scripture throughout the year. This year, our “Watch Word” is Jeremiah 29:11. On the last night of the year, we will hear how He worked His plans out for our lives.

ZCM Musical Fundraiser

Zion Conservatory of Music is putting on a 24-Hour Musical as a fundraiser, You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown! Anyone ages 11yrs and up may come and audition.Auditions:
Thursday, July 26: 7-9:30 pm in the CAA
Friday, July 27: 7-9:30 pm in the CAA
Sunday, July 29: 2-5 pm in the CAA
Auditions are 1 minute – sing a song from the show, another song you’ve prepared, whatever you would like to do. You may be asked to read/sing/dance further afterwards. If you have tap-dance experience, bring tap shoes.Rehearsal:
Friday, August 24: 6:00pm through 6:00pm Saturday, August 25. Yes, that means ALL NIGHT!

Inroads Class

Are you new to the church and would like to know more about CCC? Would you like to know how to become a member? National Day of Prayer

This year we again join millions of Christians around the country interceding with God for our communities and nation. For 2012, CCC intercessors will take as our theme Jeremiah’s challenge to “Seek the welfare of your city and pray for it” (Jeremiah 29:7). We’ll do so by taking two prayer walks on Thursday, May 3 – one at 7:00am, one at 7:00pm. Meet at the church and plan on about an hour. We’ll walk to a few key spots around town and pause at each to pray for leaders, needs, and situations God lays on our hearts. If you’d like to participate but can’t be on your feet for an hour, you can drive from place to place (though you’ll miss the praying we do as we walk).
